When you submit a ticket to our Creative or IT Teams, we endeavour to solve the submitted incidents or tasks as soon as possible. Where this is not possible, then the following guidelines apply;
911 Tickets for Creative
You can submit tickets with a 911 priority by clicking the Submit a ticket link located above. 911 tickets submitted to our Creative team will be solved as soon as possible.
911 Tickets for IT
911 Tickets can also be submitted to the IT team by clicking the Submit a ticket link located above. We endeavour to acknowledge 911 tickets within 30 minutes and aim to resolve tickets within 48 hours. Please note, whilst you can submit tickets via email, these will not be prioritised as 911 tickets and subject to our normal support policy.
Non 911 Tickets for Creative
For tickets submitted to our Creative Team with no priority stated, we require a minimum of 48 hours to turnaround the ticket. This excludes image resizing and logo sets.
Non 911 Tickets for IT
For tickets submitted to our IT Team with no priority stated or no due date, we aim to solve your request within 84 hours.
